How to Install the JIRA Plugin for AccuSync

  1. Stop the AccuSync service if it is running. See Start/stop AccuSync and Tomcat services.

  2. Back up any existing AccuSync Configurations.

  3. Run the utility to update the AccuSync database.

  5. Start the AccuSync Service. See AccuSync Service.
